How It Works:
STEP 1: Customer Review Prompt
When a customer goes to pay or check-out, they see a flyer asking them to leave a review. 63% of customers will leave a review if asked.
STEP 2: Scan & Rate
The customer scans a QR code on the flyer, opening a custom review page to rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars.
STEP 3: Collect Info
After rating, a form asks for their name, email, and SMS phone number, building your marketing list and customer base.
This helps you control your marketing efforts by using Marketing on Demand instead of Hope Marketing (Hoping people call or show up) .
STEP 4: Direct Feedback
Based on their rating, customers are directed to one of the following two pages:
1-3 Stars:They leave private feedback, emailed directly to you.
Or
If their feedback was a 4 or 5 star they will receive this page to post directly on Google.
